CEO/Co-Founder, Speed & Sport Adventures
Jennifer Emig has been around motorcycles her entire life and is very passionate about the sport. She started riding when she was only four years old, and literally made it part of her lifestyle. She married AMA Supercross and National MX Champion Jeff Emig, and they had two kids, Presley and Jagger.
Jennifer has attended more than 100 AMA events around the country and is literally one of those people who have been there, done that! Her experience in the pits of factory teams inspired her to co-found this project with Ken Faught. She has been involved with the sport’s greatest athletes, teams, sponsors and events, which makes her perfectly suited to put on world-class adventure rides.
Jennifer is responsible for organization, logistics, sponsor relations, registration, lodging, activities and all of the other luxury items on all Speed & Sport Adventures rides. She is also a cancer survivor and has been cancer-free since 2015. She’s undergone 13 surgeries and has the best attitude ever. She’s one of the most likable people you will ever meet and defines the word "class."
“I started working on the concept of organized tours in 2001 and that came to an abrupt end on September 11 (coincidentally Jennifer's birthday) when the World Trade Center was attacked,” partner Ken Faught says. “Then in 2018, Jennifer and I started talking about rides and ended up with an entirely different concept than what’s traditionally been offered. With all of our world travels, we have had incredible experiences that we thought could be replicated at the highest level. Jennifer has a lot of amazing connections. We just kept plugging along until we thought we had the world’s best off-road adventure. We looked at over 20 places around the world and then went to a few islands in Hawaii to scout. I had been to Kauai several times with guys like Jeremy McGrath and Greg Albertyn to ride and knew that it had the perfect combination of beauty, luxury and fun dual-sport riding.”
“There’s nothing like Kauai when it comes to fun for off-road riders,” Emig agrees. “There are so many activities in such a concentrated area that it’s ideal for our adventures.”
