A NEW ERA IN OFF-ROAD MEDIA
For the past year, our team of off-road enthusiasts has been conceptualizing an all-new media platform to bring enthusiasts the best in travel tips, how-to's, new products, and techniques for the off-road lifestyle, and we couldn’t be more excited. We want to make off-road travel and recreation more enjoyable for a wide range of people. From two wheels to four, we cover almost all motorized trail sports, and we are looking for people like you to help us accelerate growth, create robust content, and have an incredibly powerful launch.
Off-road Travel TV will focus on the rapidly growing world of overland, dual sport and adventure bikes. We will also cover mountain bikes and e-bikes of all shapes and sizes. We will present it all in a fun, entertaining and family friendly format, through our all-new website, social media, and YouTube channel.
We subscribe to a simple motto - our journey begins where the roads ends. Off-Road Travel TV focuses on the incredible world of off-road travel, specifically dedicated to the niche of trail riding and driving. Content will feature a combination of travel stories, instructional videos, do-it-your-self tips and product evaluations. We will also cover new products and technology, camping tips, ride locations, coming events and much more.
Our vision is to capitalize on technology and the unique opportunities presented by combining the power of social media with an enthusiast-owned company.
We intend to raise $300,000 initially through a private placement by selling 15% of the company. Then after building more equity in the brand, we intend to use Start Engine, a crowdfunding platform, to raise another $1,070,000. The idea is that by selling Membership interest in our newly formed California Limited Liability Company for as little as $200 at a time, we can attract hundreds if not thousands of investors who most likely will be dedicated off-road enthusiasts. We want to built a community of enthusiasts. A community of active participants and those aspiring to join the overland lifestyle. It's our belief that these enthusiast investors would be financially motivated to help promote our all-new brand, and we also believe that off-road enthusiasts would have a high quality social media "friend" base, so this could potentially help us reach millions of enthusiasts with our network. This strategic plan will accelerate growth, increase our influence, and help make Off-Road Travel TV a force to be reckoned with in a relatively short time.

There are many things that make us different, but the biggest is that we plan on having several hundred if not thousand investors which means that we can leverage our social media network and market to millions directly through our ownership group. More importantly, assuming that our investors are mostly off-road enthusiasts, it means that most likely their friends are off-road enthusiasts too, meaning we are tapping directly into the type of people we are trying to reach. Yes, we said this above, but we can't state the importance of this enough, and that reach could be in the millions!
The founders of Off-Road Travel TV are all successful off-road enthusiasts that have lots of real-world experience. We intend to feature products that our audience actually want and won’t waste your time on things that are simply not worth learning about.”
We will be targeting a very specific off-road niche and we will be specialists in each field. We believe we will achieve a higher level of trust because of our experience. We also don’t want our team working out of an office. We want them working in the field, and we subscribe to the theory – have laptop, will travel.

Ultimately we would like to have a weekly television show dedicated to trail sports, and we think that is within reach. Several of our team including Mark Mitchell and Ken Faught have worked in the television industry for years and are well-respected among their peers.

“Our goal with raising money is based on several key elements:
-Establish a robust website with lots of content.
-Hire top-level freelancers in the off-road world to write highly searched topics and relevant features.
-Develop a YouTube channel with special niches in overland, licensed-legal dirt bikes, e-bikes and mountain bikes.
-Spend money on advertisng to drive traffic to website and YouTube
-Create a shop/studio in Southern California for content creation.
-Purchase camera/video/computer equipment, shop tools, computer programs and everything needed for content production.
-Purchase project vehicles for content and promotion
-Attend and display at industry and enthusiast events
BENEFITS OF BEING AN INVESTOR
There are several benefits of being an investor aside from the ability to make money off profits.
We intend to have investor-specific events and also special apparel and promotional products for our business partners.
You will also be helping the sport as we plan on partnering with companies such as the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Counsel, better known as NOHVCC, which helps protect our access to public lands.
Most importantly you will also be helping to grow the sport and help build a more credible source of news and information about the world of off-road travel.
We also intend to do quarterly distribution when possible, and of course, if and when we sell the business, each investor gets their pro-rated share of the profits.
